The route to
Auvergne is mostly motorway. Tell us if you want to stop overnight
on the way and we will arrange accommodation for you.
The price for self drive travel is based on 2 people driving to
the base hotel, crossing the channel by ferry or tunnel. A reduction
of £50 per car is available where 4 or more people share one
car.
There are 4
Eurotunnel departures every hour in peak periods. If you would like
to upgrade to Flexplus the supplement is £90 per car.
P & O Ferries
departures from Dover are approximately every 45 minutes.
Alternatively
you can make your own travel arrangements to reach the base hotel.

either London or Ashford direct to Paris. Change in Paris for your
train to the Auvergne.
Monts du Cantal walking holidays start from Vic sur Cère.
The transfer time from the railway station at Vic sur Cère
to the hotel is 5 minutes. The Rivers & Valleys walking holidays
start in St Flour. The transfer time from the railway station in
Neussargues to the hotel in St Flour is 20 minutes.
The holiday price includes standard class Eurostar and French train
tickets from the London or Ashford to your holiday destination.

Easyjet run daily flights from Gatwick to Toulouse and from Liverpool,
Luton and Newcastle to Paris. British Airways and Air France operate
frequent scheduled services to Paris and Toulouse.
The flight times and French train connections are shown as a guide
to help you decide the route best suited to you.
Allow 2-3 hours from the arrival of your flight to the departure
time of the train.
