Once you have decided which holiday you would like to book, call us

We need to know:

• the number of people travelling
• the number and type of rooms you require
• the starting date
• your travel requirements
• stopovers and additional night
  

We will give you a provisional booking straight away or we will phone you back.

Your provisional booking is valid for 1 week.
Complete the booking form and sign the declaration.

A £150 deposit is required per person plus any insurance premiums payable. Some travel supplements and 1st class upgrades are also payable at the time of booking.

All bookings are confirmed by post within two weeks of receiving the booking form.

Final payment should reach us 8 weeks before your departure date.

If you are booking within 8 weeks of your departure date, the full price is payable straight away.
We accept debit and credit cards. There is a 2.2% surcharge on all payments made by credit card. We also accept cheques drawn on UK clearing banks. Payments from overseas bank accounts should be made with all bank charges paid.

Late bookings can be accepted up to 4 weeks before the departure date, however late booking fees may be charged.

Prices quoted in the brochure are for 2 people sharing a double room.

For persons travelling alone, there are additional supplements payable for hotel rooms, channel crossings, taxis etc. Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate you, this may not always be possible.
